I need some new tires on my 2003 400ex. I ride on hard dirt and a LOT of road riding. I want some tires that wont wear down as fast on the road and still get traction on the dirt. OR I want some dirt tires that are super cheap so I can just wear them down riding on the road and just buy some more. PLEASE HELP

 

go with 6 plys definatly. look at the razr 2s and the holeshots. HDs are pretty tough

 

The original Maxxis Razr is on the lower end of the price spectrum but yet wear really well.

 

Go to your dealer and get some wore-out take-off tires, they will be cheap and you can just run those on the road and buy a nice set of dirt tires for dirt riding...

 

I have heard some good things aboutNebraska Tire, you just have to look at the right time to get what you want.
