I rode a Warrior for years, and can't say that I am a big fan of the machine! Mechanically it is sound, but the ergonomics aren't anything special and it handles heavier than it is. I would suggest that you save some more money and hold out for something like a 400EX.

The quad doesn't look to bad. Have you heard it run? What kind of riding experience do you have? There is bound to be some heartbreak with a 10 y/o machine, but the plastic and lights look to be in good shape, and the rubber has plenty of tread depth left. The Warrior can be a great play bike, lots of aftermarket, and you are looking at pretty much doubling your savings for a 400EX not all ratted out. Looks like a lot of good potential there. Does the dealer go through their used inventory before selling, or is it there on consignment? If it is on consignment, talk in depth with the seller before shelling out dollar 1. Hope it works out for you!

I see no rpoblem with the warrior[I still ride one] the only problem is that they are out of date compared to the new atv's now days.Top speed [i guess] is around 60 or so and now days you got big monster 4x4 that are faster then it is.All in all I love my warrior it has always done every thing I wanted it to and a few things I didn't. Just don't buy it thinking your getting a power house because a warrior is just a little behind the times.
