Does anyone know if the 87-89 TRX 250R sprockets and o-ring chain sets will work on a 85 250R ATC? Thanks for any help in advance.

 

They will work.

How well? It depends on the condtion of the chain/sprockets, how well your engine is alighned to the rear axle, how much hp your engine makes.


I bought the base level Sidewinder chain sprocket combo. I highly recommend them.

I also really like their chain lube.

 

Thanks, I actually found some online at Rocky Mountain ATV that are for a 85 250R. $66.00 including shipping for a 13/39 sprocket combo with a 520/96 chain.
