is the hrc cam the same as the CRF cam. will the CRF cam work in the 06 450. i have an 06 CRF and TRX and would like to know if it would be a good idea to put the cam from the CRF in the TRX.

 

the 06' trx is basically the crf engine exactly and it has the crf cams. hrc and crf cams are diff. The hrc cam for the 06' trx may be diff from the 05' and lower but if you want a more performance cam just look at cams for the crf and stick it in your quad [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

sorry but im going to have to disagree with that. The cam in the CRF is different it has high profiles and will give it different power caracteristics. the trx has a lot of low end were as the crf has a lot of mid and top.


has any one tried the crf cam in there trx and what was the out come. thanks
