rincon vs grizzly
#4
I had a Grizzly, and had lots of Problems. It was not even abused. I got rid of it for a Rubicon. But out of the two I would take the Rincon any day. You can always do a few simple mods to wake the motor up.

All yamahas are that way. I have a friend that has 25 zillas on a wolverine and it is always messed up, nothing the tires would do. it might b a yamha thing. i would really get the RINCON over the too, the hondas never give trouble.

I would not say they are ALL that way.I only put 3 k miles on my 00 Kodiak and it was SOLID!We have three grizzs in our group and they are abused and hold up fine. All have oversize tires and see every mud hole. The Rinny would be nice not having a belt and they do handle much better.

I owned the 2003 Rincon for 2 years and except for a little better ride, the Rincon does NOTHING better than the Grizz. The Grizz has a front locker, disk brakes that are far better than drum brakes if you are going to play in the mud/water,adjustable suspension,a low range, and FAR better downhill engine braking.
I currently own a new 700cc EFI Suzuki King Quad, and I like it much more than the Rincon in every department.
