how bad did i screw up?

Well, this weekend I put the engine back together (185S). As I worked my way up, I noticed that the last remaining gasket was the wrong one. You know how the two cylinder gaskets are, and one has a notch out where the cam chain is. Well apparently not paying attention I put the one WITH the notch out at the bottom and the one with the notch for the top. Should I tear it back down and redo it or will it seal? I'm thinking I might leave it, but I probably know better...any input would be great. Thanks.

my kit came with 3 gaskets. 2 of which were almost identical with the exception of the cam chain area. the third gasket has metal ring and the gasket material around it. i know where that one went, however the other two I believe I got them reversed...so I'm assuming I would lose compression where the notch out for the cam chain gasket.

I am still a little confused, but if you know for a fact that you installed the wrong gasket.........do it right...........little hint for you........when you reinstall the head gasket...use Copper-Coat on it ( get it at any parts store for a couple bucks). It will help seal the head gasket.
