I think most of us are going to need to know what type of riding u mostly do. the 489 tires that come
on the tb's seem to be a good all around tire & have been recomended in some of the atv mag's
for a all around tire. maybe u want a lighter or more agressive tire or something? but the 250 tb
motor only has limited power anyway & I not sure how much more tire is needed.

I agree w/ above.

I like the 489s but might go to the bear klaws , sur-traks or all-traks when time to replace.
Keep the stock fronts.
Mudlite AT (not XL) would be good too if you mud.

That was my little brothers opinion on tires. We ride a lot of woods trails and we do find some pretty thick mud everyonce in a while. also the snow here in canada gets pretty deep in the winter but we have a sportsman that makes some decent trails when we need them anyways. I dontlike the 489's because i think they're just a weak tire. we already have 2 plugs in the one and now it's leaking again. so i figure its time for a new set. I was thinking either the bear claws or holeshot hd. im personally not sure though but was leaning towards the holeshots because of all the trail ridding we do. thanks for any help.
