it hasnt really been used that much.it has 94 miles and 25 hrs, warn winch and plow, and heated hand grips. someone has offered me 5000.00. is this a good price or am i getting hosed?

You can buy a brand new 05 400ex for under 4800 (+tax), or a '06 for about 5100 (+tax). Not knowing what type of grips you have, you can get them for under $50. and without knowing sizes of winch and plow, it's hard to give prices as they vary by price due to size. Depending on how much you paid for it originally, determines if it's a good deal or not. I'd say it's pretty fair, maybe you ahead a little bit.
