Default 250EX build-up and ride report

I had Kenz Cycle Tech install the Powroll Performance Kit in our old and tired 250EX. This kit along with Kenz head porting just rocks. When you ride, it will make you just grin from ear to ear. Now keep in mind that the design of this motor as it comes from Honda is as basic as it can get. We were looking at some dyno runs of stock 250EXs and Ken has almost doubled the horsepower. A great by product of this upgrade is how much easier this thing starts. Even when brand new it was a little finicky to get started. Without the choke, this thing rotates for a second then fires right up with a little growl.

You would have to give them a call to see what it would cost because my 250ex work was buried in bunch of work orders for custom projects.

I also put ASR +2" a-arms on the bike. This is a great combination of power and handling.

The range of riders who have rode the bike is from from very experienced to beginers, everyone loves it.
