Default trinity stage IV on a DS/ anyone have this set up/ what is ur best carb set-up

2002 Bombardier DS-650 Baja
-Trinity Racing Stage IV Complete Exhaust System
-K&N Air Filter
-Dynajet Kit
-Barnett 9 Plate Carbon Fiber Cltch Kit I just installed my trinity exhaust system. I have jetted
-UMI High Performance CDI it according to trinitys specs(195 main jet, stock needle
-Alba Aluminum Radiator Shronds one clip down)and i am running no box lid
-Steamline Steel Braided Brake Line Kit PROBLEM: My DS wont rev out to red line, she pulls all
-Mod Quad Billet Brake Line Holders the way through 1st to 4th but stops at 6,500rpm in
-22" Maxxis Razr rear Tires fith gear

Could my 22" rear tires be the problem????

I have tried other carb set-up's, i can't figure out the problem, if anyone knows what i can do please help!!! Thank you

it's the tires if you haven't regeared. try a 15 tooth front sprocket, and that may be your answer. I have the trinity as well, and although it doesn't make the best gains, I was still able to pull about 8300 rpm before i backed off, this is of course with a rwr cdi, 20 inch tires, 190 main (mikuni), needle in the fourth clip, 2200 ft elevation, uni filter, and custom ported intake. oh and stock gearing too

the 22 inch tires suck allot of power go to a 15 tooth on the front u will notice a good gain and will be around 78-79 mph im 15/41 gearing now and pull 77.8 mph on the gps.....i think to get back to stock gearing you would have to be 15/43 gearing. I could only pull 74mph stock at the rev limiter and that was everywhere no matter if it was against the wind up the hill.

Stock carb i would put the airbox lid back on and jet to a 175 or lower( im using 172.5), cut the snorkle tubes bout 3 inches shorter...you should get your revs back.......sure the airbox lid off is nice for the mid and bottom but it took away some of my top end rev. After i put my lid back on cut the snorkle tubes shorter and rejetted i can now pull my rev limiter easy once again....
