Do you have to jet with pro flow kit?

I have a yfz450 full pipe but no pro flow kit. I am heading to buttercup this weekened and wanted to get the pro flow so i can run with my box off. Do you think i need to jet?

If you dont, what was the point of the upgrade? If you're letting more air in, you need to let more fuel in too.
