I was talking to John from yamaha shop in duncan oklahoma were we get are parts, And he said why dont you lower your compresson to 9:1 and put a turbo on the wild worrior and i said holy cow you can do that. well this is how it works lower you compresson so you can get as much boost out of the turbo you can. so im turning about 55hp right now so i put the 9:1 in it i will drop down to about 40hp then you put the turbo on it and gain 50 hp for a total of about { 90HP } that is just so WILD 90HP warrior and it would sound so sweet. OK there is a down side to this it will cost about $3000.00 to do this and i aready have about $4500.00 in my motor alone. and right now it runs awsome. and i love makeing the Z400 and 440EX guys rub there heads couse it is not right a warrior is out running them but it would be so awsome to out run a hop up 450R. it would put my total in the motor alone up to about $7500.00 and i know i will never get my money back out of it. It is just so fun out running the big boys lol. What do you Guys think?

 

That would be sick. If you got the money, there shouldn't be anything holding you back.

 

Man your warrior is making 55hp, I didnt think that was possible. Go for the turbo that would be sweeeeeet!!!!

Well last time i had it on the dyno i was at littlesahra and i had a 10.25:1 pistion and did not have my dyna ignition and i was not ported and polished and it was like 39HP so its really just a quess but i would lay money its between 50 and 55 HP right now. if i dont do anything diffent i well know this spring when we go back to littlesahra.

 

50-55 hp how you are sitting seems alittle outragous to me. And I highly doubt that your warrior engine will ever push out anything even remotely close to 90 hp, turbo or not. I mean come on. KMS only claims 41 hp on there dyno with there turbo'ed 400ex. Look.

im was just telling you guys what he said at the yamaha shop and it would not be a bolt on type deal it is a total tear down of the motor from crank up. And i could really care less that a 400ex gets 41HP with a turbo { Thats just a honda for ya!}

Cuz i got some money to put against that sayin the yfm350x motor will not put out 90hp and last past a dyno run if you can even mod it enough to get that.18hp to 90 thats a 500% increase in power..
