Default I'm back

Hello all, it has been a while. I recently moved and long story short just have not had time to write. I have a couple of questions.
I was stripping down my 700EFI doing maintanence to it and found a red vacum line with a vac canister on the end of it. I can not see where this goes. Any ideas?? Also, why does it seem like more fluid came out of the front/rear differential then what I can get in?

Also, I am looking for some ideas on clutch work. I have a kit in it (can not remember where I got it), it has the adjustable weights on it. I have recently taken off my Extecutioner rims and tires and went to ITP Spider Trac tires. I beleive they are 26" on the back. Any ideas on what I can do? The quad has just fallen on its face since I put these tires on. Looking for ideas.

Does anyone have the link for hooking all three lights up?

I can help you out alittle on the clutching. Sounds like you already have the heelclicer clutch kit. I would recommend getting a 800 primary and put the heelclicker clutch kit in it that will give you alot more low end. I also gain 3 mph on top speed.

Wait, are your front and rear tires different sizes? Or is that just the measurement you remembered. Different sizes is not a good thing.

And for the three light mod, just do a search, you'll get a lot of hits with the links to the packages and the DIY instructions.

Thanks Sportsman70003. Glad to see you still hit everyone of my posts. So, do you know what that red vacum line about 3" long with a lit vac booster on the end goes to? I have read alot about the 800 primary. It is not a heelclicker, it is BMP Supertip clutch Kit from Bikeman performance. Took me a while to remeber it.
Your front spring spacers, do you make those? I am interested....

On your 800 header install, is it worth it? I have EFI, so will this affect anything. I have already purchased the 800 snorkle, but have yet to install it.
Do you have a thread for the Headlight MOD?
Thanks

Do you have a thread for the Headlight MOD?
Thanks
I'm not for sure where the vacuum line goes on the EFI sorry. Yea I made the spring spacers from some metal conduit cut 1" thick. The 800 header I gained some low end I'm not for sure how good it would do on a EFI. I have heard some people gained and some people didn't with the 800 header. I had the directions for the headlight mod but I lost them somewhere I will try to find them some time today.

Thanks Sportsman70003. How hard is it to install the spring spacers? What size conduit did you use?

Does anyone know where this vacum line goes? I found it lying on top of my starter when I was cleaning my quad. I can not see where it goes with out removing everything. Any ideas? Anyone?

Also, do you need a needle tip for greasing up everything? I only have 2 grease zerts and they are for the ball joints ...
