Default GETTING A 600 BIG BORE KIT FOR PREDATOR 03

I ride at Dumont dunes, and I love racing up comp hill, I bought my 03 troy Lee brand new before the yfz's came out, I could beat most of the piped raptors but theose 450's are just fast, so I bought a nitrous kit that gave me 20 extra horsepower at the touch of a button, Well the 450"s were no longer fast to me. I bought 2 bottles they last about 15 runs each, and only cost 8 bucks per bottle to fill, It is by far the cheapest horsepower you can get for a quad if you are really serious about going fast, well when I ran out of nitrous on the second night, it was no longer fun to race, so i went shopping again and found a 600cc big bore kit from Hot seat Performance, it is a 12.5:1 high compression piston with a billet cyllender for 1495.00, I also bought some cams to put in some more fuel, and air for 650.00through hot seat whitch uses web cams, I am also doing a full port and polish on the head intake and exhaust sides with a carbuerator rejet. my bike is in the shop as I am typing this, so E will let you speed freaks know how it works, they say it will add about 20 hp..
p.s. The nitrous kit is for sale and ready to bolt on any predator or single carb quad or bike.. E-mail me if interested at rjste4@aol.com

I had the 558 kit installed in 03 predator and shift improvment kit, lightened fly wheel, vortex cdi, valve springs, procom rectifire, carb mods, I didnt have to worry about yfzs any more. All hpd stuff. Oh hpd race pipe.

I went with a 558 kit. Instead of 1,600$ it was 415$. And keep the the NOS you can never have to much power!

Just a fyi you might want to look into a PWR radiator and some cfm inline coolers. I have been told the 600s get really hot.

Does anyone know of a pipe that helps relieve some of the back pressure but keeps it somewhat quiet?
