I had my 06 500 efi out tonight.

It feels so much smoother the last couple of rides. Seems to run quieter. Seems to respond better. I really can't put my finger on what is better but it just seemed like a comfy old sweater instead of a stiff new sweater.

It has 12 hrs and 200 kms. Did other notice this difference shortly after starting to ride a new polaris?

 

I can't say that I noticed any difference from new to the present 40 hours.
