Go with a cometic gasket and you shouldnt have any problems.

Was told by TVI that it was my fault that the head gasket on 02' DS650 with TVI's 720 BigBore blew head gasket, because i had Ron Woods CDI box. Was not told prior to riding that this would damage my motor. Was charged an additional $1,600.00, on top of the original $2,833.00. Gary Tiffany was very unreasonable when trying to work this problem out. Is this problem common or has anyone else had this problem with TVI's BigBore kit.

I know that the earlier 720's had head gasket problems. I was not aware the the CDI would cause a gasket failure. Im somewhat sure TVI has switched to a cometic gasket. Whats in it now. If you cant get it straighten out with Gary call HPR or Kelly at KMS they can get you one. What gasket is in it now?

I have 13:1 also , TVI said they have had no problems with there head gasket's. But the more people i talk to i believe TVI / Gary Tiffany is lying about his product, by saying it's my fault. My brother had same problem, we had motor's done at the same time.
