Anybody know why there is a 67 pound difference between the 04 650 and the 05 650? Both are non LE's.

The beefed up the frames because some of the 650s were having cracks show up under rough usage.

Well I found a dealer that still has a new 04. Would you reccomend it? Would it depend on the price? If so what would a good price be for a left over 04? Would to have them put the new fram on it or what? I might upgrade after driving my Dad's 05 500 and I am going to go look at the 04 and 05 V2's they have. Can you give me your opinon from that fountain of knowledge in your head?

I know that AC replaced some frames and also gave some guys 500's to replace some of the '04 650s. As to price, can't tell you. Check with the dealer and find out about the warranty and if the frame will be covered if you have a problem.
