Shouldn't be a problem. Did he ask the dealer about that? If not he should be able to pick up a new jug on ebay pretty cheap. Just for an idea of price, click on the link.

Buy a 310, 330, 350 or 370 kit or do what 1bad450r said

where can we get these kits?
are they bolt on?
do these kits have a sleeve and a piston or do u need to machine out he cylinder and sleeve

or can u pull out on sleeve and but a biggerone in

Call up Eddie Sanders Racing ESR Site and buy the bolt on 310 kit. That is one of the best buys for most people who dont want to have to machine the cases but want more than one bore job. The power is better than any ported stock jug and it will make a lot more torque as well. Great performance and reliability for the money.
