makes a decent utility quad. I am asking on behalf of a friend who has the hots for a 500 4X4. He rides in a lot of water.

 

Hi mudnuri, It is a good quad lots of ground clearance and soft ride it has the torq of a tank in low he will not be dissapointed and the automatics are the best on the market no belts to ajust, I have seen many cat 500s go past 3000 miles with no problems at all they are goats when it comes to mud and climbing like I said people can say what they want but I have seen these quads take a beating and keep on going. hope this helps
