Default winch F.Y.I.

looked all around the web as much as my eyes could stand and also made many phone calls-found a winch called viper. from moto alliance. it is built very much like a waren but has a better gear ratio=153:1 / waren=136:1 got it and mount plate for a/c for $150.00 +s&h(32.00) comes with winch-fare head-wireing-contactor-remote switch for handlebar-and mount hardware. for those with modifing ability it is easly made to mount like a waren to the mounting plate.

Where did you get it from? From your sig it looks like it is a 3000lb. Thinking of getting a small winch for the nose of a trailer, one of these may be the ticket.

If the motors are the same horsepower, then the steeper gear ratio would easily give an extra 500# of pull. Just putting a ****** block on doubles the pulling power of any winch.
