Default 250r Lonestar +1 steering stem Tag 2 bars & clamps with desert tank wont fit?

just bought a 250r with a Lonestar +1 steering stem, Tag 2 bars & clamps, and an ims desert tank. the problem is when u try to make a full steer it hits the tank. it doesnt get close to hitting the steering locks/tabs at all. the tank gets in the way. is this normal or was something installed wrong. i tink its the clamp that hits the tank. ill look again tomorrow. anyone else running this setup with problems

Same problem on my 400EX, running an IMS desert tank and Tag bars and mount. I had to file a little metal off the mount to keep it from hitting the tank.......no big deal.

I had a slight problem with mine....it touched just a little bit. But it was such a slight amount that I didn't even have to change anything. I'm running that same exact setup - lonestar stem, Tag bars with an IMS XC tank.

I have there +1 high + 1 forward and mine still hits the tank, but not enough to affect the steering
