when i had my predator it had a bend in it to and it also handled fine so i wouldnt really worry about it unless it gets worse and the diffrence between the shockes with the canisters is they are filled with nitrogen and the control the rebound or pretty much how fast u want the shock to shoot back up when compressed, in my opinion they are way better than plain old shocks because you have that choice to stiffen or soften the suspension if you wanted to.

If any steering post has a slight "bend" in it it's been rolled or flipped in the past. The steering post bracket and bushings take the brunt of any damage along with the post itself. If the bars can be wiggled back and forth,I'd replace the post, bracket and bushings.Plus don't ever try to "straighten" one out, just weakens the already hollow steering post.Replaced more of these than I can remember over the years.Sport machines were the worst ones to come in for replacements.
