Default grizzly 660 vs. bomb 800

this post is for dad. we currently have a yamaha grizzly 660 but it has had many problems like bad piston/rings , bad front wheel bearings, and a few other minor problems. the grizz has really impressive throttle response and handles good all in a basicly compact body. he is currently looking into the new brp 800 whitch claims to produce 62hp!! with all that motor in a body thats not much bigger nor hevier than the griz it must be a pretty impressive machine. if any one has any info on one ore has ridden one to tell me what it is like please let me know
thank you for your help

The wheel bearing issue needs maintenance. No bearings are truly sealed.Everytime I replace a sealed bearing I pop the side cover off and pack it full.I'm still amazed at how little grease is in there from the factory.

Once your father rides a 800 Outlander he will not even consider another atv, it's that impressive. The power is incredible but thr ride is second to none. Plus the 5 year warranty is sweat.

i love the griz alot ..but yamaha is not really competing...they need to design a new big-bore like a 750-800 grizzly or something

Very well said. I dont think its even a comparison. The Grizzly isnt even in the same league. The Outy 800 is in a league of its own right now.
