Wheelie a 400ho?

damn it! I thought I found my perfect quad [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] I love to mess around with wheelies but I also need a utility. I guess big is the only way to go.

My 800 max with the extra 8 inches in wheel base also wheelies without effort.

Yeah, you can wheelie a 400. If you dont mind cheating a bit.
You need to stomp on the foot brake and hit the gas. when you feel the bike really wanting to let go, let off the brake and hold on. The torque alone should try and break the rear end loose so you want to do it in some wet sand or other places where you can really hook up. i have had my bike up high enough to fear flipping (cand see anything but the sky!). What i usually do is stand up, hold the brake, and when i let go, i drop on the seat for added grip.
I cant imagine this being good for the drive belt so try not to give it full throttle, and dont hold the brake too long, or too short at the same time ( usually 3 sec.). you will find the right throttle, and the right hook-up, and your 400 H.O. will never be the same!
By the way, i'm new here and so far, i'm loving this forum.
