why is it so hard to start
#1
my warrior is starrting to **** me off i dont understand why i have such a hard time starting it. its pretty cold were i am like high 30s but i dont think it should be that hard i pull the choke out all the way it will start after holding the start button for a longer period then it should. Then it will start then run for a little then die then i have to do it again and it will stay on then i have to let it run with the choke wide open and keep it on for a few minutes then i can push the choke in but i have to stay on the gas every once and a while or it will idle low and die
also when i have the choke out as far as it can without pulling it out it revs real high then the carb make a clank kinda noise then stops reving then revs low the revs high then clanks that never stopps untill i lower the amount of choke how can i fix that i dont believe that is normal.
also whats the space for the spark plug
also the orange handle on the reverse lever is loose i can move it back and forth but cant figure out how to tighten it.

will that give me any horse power gains
and does it mount rite up no problems?
and do i have to do any jetting when i get it.
is it bad to run the quad with the carb needing a rebuild.

yes if you have a aftermarket exhaust it will give you about 8 to 10 hp. depending on what exhaust you have. It comes with every thing you need to mount it. It is already jetted. No its really not bad to run you quad with the carb messed up.... but you will just have a hard time starting and keeping it running. i wouldnt live it like that if i was you. I sold my old carb on ebay for $100.00. so the 36mm carb only cost me $94.00

If your warrior is running lean due to a carb problem you can tear the motor up. It's going to run hotter than normal. You take the risk of burning up the valves and piston and warping the head.
