I am upgrading from a 2001 beartracker, but i do have experience with sports four-wheelers. I am leaning between a Yamaha Warrior or Honda 400ex, i want to know which one is more durable and has more get-up and go. a kawasaki is also something i have my eyes on any suggestions?

 

go for a used or new z400 or kfx both the same better bang for ur buck is wat ive heard and seen

 

the kfx 400 the z 400 are the same quad diferent plastic the warrior is outdated and the 400ex does have more get up and go compared to the warrior

 

if your looking at a pre-'05 400ex, go with the warrior if you ride on trails. reverse helps.

They are the same machine but for some reason around here the Kawies are usually cheaper. No idea why that is.

 

Dont get a z400.my friend sold his and got a honda.The frame on the suzuki sucks. Thay crack in a few spots. They now have a gusset kit on the newer ones. so be careful of getting a used one.

 

That's only in the '03 models. My friend has a KFX that cracked on both sides on the upper shock mounts. All he did has weld it up and now its good to ride.
