I have an older superwinch, I think it is from 2001 or 2002. It is the one with the square box that controls in and out. Well Snow is on the way and it is not working. I took it apart and I can get it to go in and go out but not without switching the wires on the switch. I'm not an electrician but I did put this in by myself several years ago. There are two wires (red and black) the run from the winch to the switch, and two wires (red and black) that run from the battery to the switch. i have had the switch on and off so many times I can't remember how it was when I took it apart. If anyone has the same set up and can explain how theirs is wired i would appreciate it or if anyone has any suggestion i would appreciate it. Maybe the switch is shot, if that is the case I'm not sure where i could find another one.
