Default New to the site and wanting a Grizzly

Hey, just joined the site today. I am pretty much sold on the Grizzly right now. Was a toss between Grizzly and Rincon but still leaning towards the Grizzly. I have not sat on a Rincon, but I have seen pricing cheaper on the Rincon which is a factor to me. Anyway, does anyone have a suggestion on where to go get one in the Southeast? I live in Georgia but dont mind traveling to surrounding states.

I have never bought a atv, so my question is this. Do you have to pay taxes on an atv below 7k in your own state, and if I go to another state do I have to pay taxes at all?

Thanks for looking.

Not dissen ya amc5 but up here in my part of the country the Rincon is one of the highest priced quads around, At our local dealership they are selling the griz 06 for $ 7399 way high in my opinion I paid $ 6350 base price for my 04.. Then there was a 650 V2 a-cat 05 for like $ 6399 could'nt figure that out .I mean they have not made any major upgrades on the Griz , dont get me wrong I like the griz, but the A-cat made changes to the body and many other things , they also had a twin peaks 700 for $5999 new , the salesman said this ones been here all summer and could'nt sell due to kingquad sales. How much is the rincon down there? Its like 7499 up this way.C' mon YAMI lets GO!!!!

I will have to find the site I seen the good pricing on the Rincon. I had a few places call me back yesterday. I got a "out the door" price including taxes, freight, assembly, doc charge, and a Green 06' Grizz for $7200 and for the camo version right at $7500 out the door including everything.

This may be a dumb question, but is there a way to buy this and not pay taxes? I got one email back from a place that said I didnt have to pay taxes due to being out of state? Is this true?

Thanks

I think you might not have to pay taxes when you buy it but when you register it in your state you will have to pay. At least in Pennsylvania its that way I believe. Anyone else have any input. I hate having to pay like $500 tax if I didn't have to. Theres to much crap taxed already.

No, $6300 OTD doesn't sound like a decent price..........it sounds like a very good price as a matter of fact. Last time I looked, that was about what Abernathy's was advertising for a new 2006 model. Doubt you're going to find much better than that. Go get it!
