I bought a brush gaurd for my ATV AC 500 4x4 and it looks like it has holes for a winch so do i need to buy a bracket to make it work?

 

Which brush gaurd did you get? If it is AC part number 0436-619, then no, you don't need one.

 

Not sure of the Part number its the black tube style brushgaurd it has a place that looks like it will bolt up to a winch. Im just not sure I bought a 3000# Warn off ebay for a fairly decent price now i just hope it fits and mates up right with out haveing to drill holes or cut anything.

 

I believe on the 05 500 you shouldn't, been awhile so I'm not sure.
