How to Cut Fenders ??

Was wondering if anyone could tell me about cutting fenders. Do's and Dont's those type of things, wanting to get them cut before i send them off to paint. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How to Cut Fenders ??

Cut out a piece of construction paper to the shape you like and mark it off. Use a dremmel and *carefully* cut the desired shape. Sand down the edges so they're nice and smooth.

How to Cut Fenders ??

I took masking tape, and used it to tape off the cut line. Next I took a jig saw ( electric ) and cut along side the tape. Then take some sand paper and a stright file and smooth down the edges of the plastic.
