The problem that I'm having is that the AWD is kicking in when I hit any ice or snow eventhough the switch on the handlebar is in the 2WD position.

To make matters worse when the switch is in the AWD postion and you go to reverse with the override button down the front wheels will not kick in.

Initially I thought it was a charging issue with the battery but everything on that end is fine.

The only thing I ever touched in the front diff was change the fluids that I purchased at the dealer. PLEASE HELP

 

If your quad has the hillards in the front diff you may have got the wrong fluid, this system needs front hub fluid in the front diff and not front geasrcase fluid which the models with the hillards at the wheel hubs uses....
