Electric starter doesn't work. The neutral light does not come on. If I can rock the machine and get the neutral light to come on then it works....any suggestions on how I can fix this...it is a bear to hand pull that 650 over...

Sorry but I have to ask this. You are pulling the handbrake or stepping on the foot brake when you try to start it aren't you?

If that isn't the issue, it is a problem best handled by the dealer. Warranties and stuff.

If the machine is not in neutral it will not crank, unless you have a brake (either hand or foot) on (the brake light has to come on). The neutral problem is a shift linkage problem and your dealer is the best one to handle that.
