Havent personally used them, but I live in Tn and have heard nothing but good things about doing business there. Ive been told they really push extended warranties, and there is absolutely zero haggling from the advertised price. They sell a TON of bikes/quads, and people come from all over to buy. A friend was buying his son a bike, and two ladies were picking up 2 Goldwings to ride back to florida (so he says). Anyhow, I have heard several people speak highly of them.
