I dont know about yall... But i hate to see the banshee go....But what ever they replace it with i hope it dont look like the rappys... Nuttin bad but they need to keep the look of the banshee...
It would be sweet if they just put a diffent motor in the banshee but keep it a 2 cylinder 4 stroke.... Not a V twin.. but like a crotch rocket motor...
LOL i was just thinkin about what there going to do...

they wont replace it. put a banshee motor in a yfz 450 type frame and they will sell a lot less yfz's. who cares though,i mean who goes and buys brand new banshees, they are all the same,go buy a 95 model with mods and faster than new,for about half the price, those things are like trx250rs,theyll be around for 20 years after production stops

i am thinking about doing a project and, i was wondering if anyone knew how much it would take to fit a banshee motor into a yfz450 frame.. and if that frame was the best frame to do it in. thanks

I don't think they're going to add another quad to the lineup to replace the banshee. They already have the market covered with the raptors and yfz to compete with all the other companies. They'll have to come up with something to replace the blaster though, because once that's gone they won't have any beginner quads to compete with 250ex's and z250's.

I have been thinking about it and have thought that yamaha would be the ones crazy enough to put their yzf250 motor in a smaller frame and detune it where it makes about 20hp and fix some of the blasters handeling problems and have themselfs a winner in the 250 beginers class.
