I have seen DG rcm pipes for cheap, is it as good as a hotseat or aaen performace pipes, what about white bros. I want more power, i think a pipe is my best bet, is the hypershift clutch kit from hot seat a good mod, and does it put any strain on the quad at all? Thanks

forget dg pipes man they're not for polaris power at all.go buy hot seat pipe and hypershift clutch kit or hpd power pipe and silencer they're specialist for polaris performance.and about aaen they seem not power enough for me.

As far as performance, HPD is probably the best, but I don't care much for the looks. I like an adjustable pipe better which is why I bought the Supertrapp, and it comes with a head pipe also. If I had to do it over, I'd definitely buy the Supertrapp again.

The HPD runs well but is not spark arrested that is what I have on my bike now. I also have a supertrapp IDS hanging on the wall. The supertrapp seemed to have more bottom end than the HPD but did not seem to have as much top end. Both sound alot alike with not much difference in loudness. Both have complete pipes from the head back but the hpd head pipe is much larger in diameter 2". The supertrapp is the same diameter as the stock head pipe. You will need to do some clutch work to get the most out of the pipe but I cannot reccomend a kit most I have ridden on seem to stall too much for the 500 especially the 2wd. I have ridden a 500 with a FMF but it sounded tinny and did not give it the torque increase the other pipes did and the Aaen is loud!
