raptor 350, New yoshi comp series slip on, now what???

ok i have a 05 raptor 350 and i just got a new yoshimura comp series slip on for it, now what else do i have to do to the quad to make it run right with the new pipe??

i would put a new filter on also and then you need to rejet the carb to make up for all that stuff.
