Default New suspension idea help

Could you put a four link or three link suspension on a solid axle utility atv? Would it help for rockcrawling like it does on trucks? Has anyone ever seen this done or tryed it?

No, the axle on a SRA quad is rigidly attached to the swing arm whereas on a truck the axle is "suspended" with coils or leaf springs. Know what I mean?

I knew that I am looking at buying a project atv and would have just started customizing the rear till I could make a four link work (building spring brackets and link mounts). I just wondered if it would be worth it by adding any performance gains at all.
