450R vs XR 400R dirt bike
Keep up in a drag? Im not quite sure but I'd say the dirtbike will outrun it by a hair or two. If your talking about keeping up with it on trails, well then that simply depends on the rider.

450R vs XR 400R dirt bike
I am not sure about comparing the XR400 and the 450R quad. But i used to have a YFZ and i raced a friend of mine on his YZ400F dirtbike and at the time my YFZ had a White Brothers E2 Slip-on, K&N Airfilter, Cammod, and CDI box. When we raced at a rolling start at the end of the race my front tire would be at his back tire. His was completely stock except for the baffle was taken out of the stock pipe. Hope this helps...
