Default shipping fenders

Anyone have experience with shipping front fender for either a 1998 scrambler or similar one in size? Does UPS allow it to be loose and not packaged?

Default shipping fenders

I bought fenders through ebay once. The seller shipped them through Greyhound bus's shipping service. He had them packaged together. He wrapped them with a plastic wrap, and taped it to make sure it stayed. Then just put the label on the outside. I would check to make sure this method is allowed with UPS, but that is what the guy who shipped mine did. Hope this helps.
