1987 Yamaha 350 flooding
#4
At what throttle position does it flood out? Throttle position plays a big part in finding carb problems, as you will see below. Do you have an aftermarket air filter or pipe on the ATV? If the last owner had it jetted rich for a high flow filter or exhaust, replacing one of them with a stock park could cause the jetting to be too rich. It could also be as simple as a dirty air filter or broken choke. I have some info below to help you find the problem.
Here are some guides to jetting. Searching this forum will come up with many more.

Below are the specs for a Warrior 350 with a stock air filter and exhaust.
Main Jet: #145 This effects how you run from high mid to full throttle.
Needle Jet: 5J18-3 This effects how you run in the mid range. The lower the clip, the more fuel you get.
Pilot screw: 2 turns out. This effects how you run at idle and just coming off idle
