Default 03 lt80 problem

Hi everyone, Jay here I've been working on an 03 suzuki lt80 for a buddy, he brought it over not running, flooded ok. Got all the gas out of cylinder, cleaned carb would start right up and idle fine but won't rev, tried new plug ,same thing, so I figured maybe coil seemed to have weak spark ,nope ,so here we go ,changed coil, cdi, stator, carb kit ,reeds, fuel pet ****, still the same will start and idle fine but won't Rev up past idle, so I pulled the head and cylinder, some scoring so new top end kit ,still the same, checked crank seals good there ,I'm at my witts end ,I can't figure it out, there really isn't anything left. Anybody have any ideas or something I missed, thank you

Lt80,you are a savior, thank you so much for the advice, I cut the muffler open and found it plugged solid, I can't believe it, so I cleaned it out and welded it back together and good as new, unbelievable, thanks again
