Predator...33 HP for the 450 and 41 for the Pred...stock. 450 hops up real good though from what I hear. Of course, so does the Predator.

I got the numbers from CT Racing. Where did you see yours at? This might be from the '05's also.

Just from all the dyno's that people have done I know that my 06 trx put out 39.9 with dyno tires I think the 05 trx was about 36.5 I do think that the pred has more torque Lets just say that it would be a good race for them in stock form I have only rode one pred and I didnt get a chance to ride it hard because my buddy just bought it and it had about 10 min on it

The Predator and 04/05 R is very close in a drag race. Best rider will prevail. I think the 450R may have a little more power down low but the Predator has a little more on top. The only quad I've riden that revs better than a Predator is a YFZ.

I have raced a predator and they are very close when stock, after both doing cam(s).hc piston,
pipe, filter the 450r is faster. The predator is no slouch.
