11 Hours on an 800 Outlander Max. Kaput ! .Bad ignition Switch
#1
Don't get me wrong I love this ATV...
I brought it in to have the Service done (10 hr) and to have a winch installed.
Got up on the trailer, sat on 800, turned ignition key to right and lights go on, try to start, nothing...
The battery was fully charged, it was parked inside a garage, not out in the freezing weather.
I am hoping this is just a fluke or something because I paid big bucks for this thing....Already broken with 11 hours on it !
Hopefully the dealer can fix it for next weekends riding, still under warrantee.
Will keep the forum updated.

Check your kill switch for being in run position and if it is good check that all three relays and fuses are firmly seated in fuse bx in front acc. rack. Because your lites work it may be something else. Good luck.
