Hey all, just wanted to get some advice on some MX gear. Can anyone comment about : 1) Chest protectors/roost guards - which ones are good choices? 2) Boots - I heard that there are "ATV" MX boots with different soles (more traction?) - maybe not MX though, not sure - which ones are good choices for MX? 3) Gloves & goggles - again, good choices? This will be my first try at MX racing this year, and my 13 year old son will be trying MX on his YZ80 also, so any advice for either of us would be appreciated, thanks.

 

Fly/fleshrear/fox/Four/etc for clothing/gloves
Alpinestars are good boots.
Alot use SCOTT goggles.
There are others, these are what popped into my mind.

Advise::: Slow down-learn-have fun!
