a question about blaster frames

does anyone know if the stuff off my 03 blaster will fit on a 02 or less blaster frame with out moding any thing
basiclly are the frames the same

ive heard anything from 1989 to 2003 are pretty much the same or are the same, or it might be 1989-2002
