Hi
I just bought an 03' Kodiak 400 4x4 and have a noise only whn in 4 wheel drive. When i come to a stop the left front side makes a noise simmilar to that if it were not all the way into gear. I had the dealer ride it and he said that it was the differential noise and is normal. I am thinking of getting a second opinion since he is the one that sold it to me. Please help, this is my first ATV and I dont want to get stuck in the woods. Is there a way I can check it myself? I ran it full speed in 4 wheel and 2 wheel drive and I dont hear the noise- only when coming to a stop or slowly turning sharp.

never had that problem dealer is fool of it . you bought it used yes ? take it to another dealer have him take a look see and if he says same let it go and deal with it a gess if he says the differencal is missen or slippen take it to your dealer and have him fix or get your money back
