Bigger hammer. After soaking it with something like WD40 or Yeild and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Don't forget to leave the nut on the end of the bolt so you don't screw up the threads on the end of the bolt when you beat the crap out of it.

Yea I know what you mean about the big hammer and WD-40 that has been my last two day attempt. One guy said that they like to seize up and you have to cut them off.....um no i would rather not if I can help it.

My swing arm bolt was stuck and i used a slege hammer. I stripped almost all the threds out of the bolt and the nut and mushroomed it out bad. I soaked it in wd40 and then took an impact wrench and turned it as much as i could and sprayed it more. I let it sit over night and it came right out pretty easy.

Ok, I've been down this road.
The problem is that the swingarm bolt is rusted to the spacers and bearings.
Here is what works for me.
You need an air hammer/rivet gun and a chunk of aluminum plate.
Use the chunk of aluminum between the air hammer/rivet gun and the bolt or you will ruin the bolt and the tool.
You will need to hold the sacrificial piece of aluminum with some pliers or vice grips so you don't hurt your fingers.
Drive the bolt just a tiny bit then drive it back the other direction.
Do this several times and it will move more and easier each time.
A big hammer just ruins the part, but the small blows of the air hammer/rivet gun are able to overcome the corrosion.
Good luck.
