ok, i have 450r front shocks on my Z (great bolt-on mod), and im wondering what i might run them at compression and rebound wise, i do trail riding but need them good enough to jump in motocross conditions but mostly trails. right now im pretty sure i hav it two turns off stiffest compression and then leaning towards softer rebound for a quicker rebound, any tips, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
