Default how the heck do i change the axle bearings on 2000 eton 90

I just got a 2000 eton txl 90 and it is in bad need of axle carrier bearings. the problem is the seal went out on he brake drum cover and the brake drum obviously got filled with water and lots of dirt, the drum will not budge. I believe it must be pressed on but not sure, it could be threaded, the only pics I have found look as though it is not threaded and I don't think it is keyed but not sure. so before I bust this has anyone removed their brake drum on any 50-90cc. how is the best way to get it off. if it does just "press" on then I will probably try to heat it to bust it loose. also does anyone know just what other makes are interchangable with this? it may be easyer to find a complete axle assembly on ebay. and just where is the best place to get Eton parts., or is their a better cheaper Model that is the same?

Thanks
