Any tips and/or suggestions for installing a 1500ci (AC WARN) front
winch on my AC 250 (2006) cat? The instruction guide seems pretty
clear cut but I want to bring it to you experts first before my next
weekend project.

I believe you are the first with a 2006 250 ute model. Which of cours makes you the first winch too. I have found all of the AC kit instructions to be excellent.

 

Talk about rubbing the "Newbie" in my face. Geez! I admit it I am
new and green (literally its my ATV color).

 

What can I say? When you got yours, my dealer hadn't even got his new 2006 250 ute yet and he always get the first one of any new model in Washington. He got the first 650 H-1 here and a total of 5 the first year. You must have gotten one of the first to hit the market.

 

i know on all the other arctic cat fourwheelers i have had installing the winch wasn't bad and became very easy after the first one.
